Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. All orders are shipped via USPS or USPS priority in the USA and include tracking and FedEx Internationally.

When will I receive my products?

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 4–6 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

For example, if you place your order on a Monday, you can usually expect delivery by Friday of the same week.

What's your refund policy?

Damaged During Shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. We’ll either ship a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must occur before the product is confirmed and preparing to be shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number. Refer to shipping and refund policy on footer.
